Board of Directors
Instead of just one program, I see RTA as a movement — powered by self-esteem. It reverbates and echoes through many lives: those of its prisoner-participants, their families and communities, the prison community itself, the staff, volunteers and board members of the organization and RTA’s financial supporters. The performances are but one manifestation of that movement. Rajwant Mangat, Board Member
